02 / Bike fitting
A fit for how you actually ride.
Precision bike fitting in Brighton with Steve Byrne that starts with your body and your goals, not just the bike. A full fit is £250 and unhurried, working through saddle, cleats, cockpit and shoes, with the measurements written down so your position is repeatable. It is the change members tell us finally clears up nagging knee, hip and lower-back niggles.
- A proper assessment off the bike before anything gets adjusted
- Saddle, cleats, cockpit and shoes dialled in, with measurements you keep
- Works for road, TT, gravel and the bike you already own
03 / Mechanic & servicing
Mechanics who race what they wrench.
A full workshop in the clubhouse, from quick fixes to complete rebuilds. Gears, brakes, drivetrains, bleeds and wheels, plus the creak you have been ignoring, all sorted in-house. If you are searching for a bike mechanic in Brighton, this is the one attached to a cycling clubhouse, with servicing in three levels so you only pay for what your bike needs.
- Services, repairs and pre-race checks for every kind of bike, e-bikes included
- Honest advice on what needs doing now and what can wait
- Book ahead or ask about while-you-wait jobs over a coffee
04 / Physio & massage
Keep the engine healthy.
On-site physiotherapy with our partners at Reach, plus sports and recovery massage, all inside the clubhouse. Assessment, treatment and a plan to get you back riding, from sore knees to long-term injury comebacks. The Reach team are HCPC-registered and sit right beside the coaching, fitting and S&C, so your treatment and your training pull the same way.
Sports physiotherapy in Brighton usually means a clinic across town; here it lives inside the clubhouse. Your physio can compare notes with your coach and your bike fitter, and a recovery massage is a few steps from the studio floor.
- Cycling-literate physios who understand the demands of the sport
- In the same building as your training, your fit and your bike
- Sports and recovery massage to keep the miles feeling good

05 / Pilates
Strong, mobile, comfortable.
Mat and Reformer Pilates built around what riding asks of your body. Better core control, a happier back, and the mobility to hold your position deep into a long day.
Pilates for cyclists is about function over fashion: steadier hips for a smoother pedal stroke, a stronger trunk for flatter backs, and joints that still work after a hilly hundred. Classes run through the week in small groups, and every level is welcome, including complete beginners.
- Small classes, proper instruction, every level welcome
- A natural pairing with strength and conditioning
- Mat and Reformer options through the week
