After a hard session on the bike in our Brighton studio, you’ll need to refuel with a hearty breakfast. Our members form a fantastic community so why not grab breakfast or coffee with them afterwards?
Here are our top 5 places to go all within 15 minutes walk of the PowerWatts Brighton studio:

FIKA @ Sealanes, BN2 1BX
Of course, we had to mention our Sealanes neighbours, FIKA. You can refuel with a nourishing breakfast of yoghurt and granola, or overnight oats. For something a little naughtier they have pastries and some super filling cheese toasties too, that are guaranteed to fill you up.
Grab a smoothie or a damn good coffee (their words!) and find a table outside for the beautiful seaside view.

Marmalade Cafe, BN2 5JJ
Marmalade Cafe on Eastern Road has a weekly changing menu of freshly produced food. You can expect avocado on toast, poached eggs, light pastries and wholesome granola bowls.
Their coffee - expertly brewed - is rich with a smooth finish, to help take the edge off your ride.
Kick back and relax in this cosy little Kemptown spot.

Redroaster St. James’ St, BN2 1RE
This award-winning independent cafe has all the usual breakfast suspects such as eggs or avo on toast, or eggs benedict. But they also have some more unique items like the crab and avocado benedict, a pancake menu and shakshuka. There are some excellent vegetarian and vegan options here too if you are so inclined!
They roast their own coffee too, so you can be sure they’ll do an excellent flat white!
With an ‘all-day brunch’ vibe, this is the perfect place to rock up to after a weekend class and have a leisurely time.

Cafe RUST, BN1 4QF
For something a little more rustic, check out Cafe RUST. With a shabby-chic, but cosy interior, the space is welcoming to all who go there.
The breakfast menu offers eggs any way you like, on sourdough toast; full English (or a veggie or vegan version); filled savoury croissants and for the cheese lovers, Welsh rarebit.
They also serve Redroaster coffee, so you know it’s good!

Ground Kemptown, BN2 1EF
Serving a modest breakfast menu, there is something to suit all appetites. A full English; to avo, halloumi and eggs on toast; to your classic bacon butty with an extra twist of sauerkraut.
Their coffee is from another local roastery, Pharmacie who are based in Hove.
