Amy Smith
PowerWatts Coach
Hey I'm Amy and I'm really excited to be one coaching you all at PowerWatts.
I started cycling at my local cycling club when I was 12 years old. It was from here that I began my cycling journey in road and track racing and I went on to compete at a national and international level. I was lucky enough to be on the Dave Rayner funding programme that enabled me to base myself in Belgium.
Since taking a step back from competitive racing I have loved being able to ride my bike for pleasure and get involved in the coaching aspect of things.
I can't wait to bring my knowledge and passion for the sport to the sessions and get to know meet everyone.

Craig Cunningham
PowerWatts Coach
Hi everyone, I’m Craig, one of the coaches here at PowerWatts. I’ve accumulated over 3 years of sports coaching, spent multiple summers cycling around the island of Rhodes and can’t to bring that experience to the PowerWatts community!

I hold a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and am now in the final year of my Physiotherapy MSc! I am also soon to complete my Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage. I hold a great passion and respect for the sport alongside the incredible potential of the human body when challenged.

My aim is to share that passion, knowledge, and experience I hold with as many of you as possible, whilst maybe even providing some advice on keeping you more comfortable in the saddle for longer. Sessions will be engaging but fun, ensuring you all achieve your goals but more importantly have a great time doing so!
Ollie Shotton

Hi, I'm Ollie and I have been competing in triathlon for over five years. I have recently completed a British Triathlon coaching qualification and I'm now the triathlon coach at PowerWatts.
I have been integrating PowerWatts sessions into my triathlon training for the last couple of years and I have seen a massive improvement in my race times. I love supporting athlete development and seeing the results of their hard work in training so I'm excited to be part of the team.
