45 mins
60 mins
90 mins
Short on time but want to get the most of your training? Raise the intensity and smash your work out with our 45min class. These classes are usually held late morning or at lunch time.
This class is the Powerwatts “Standard” - plenty of time to warm up, cool down and a wicked workout in between.
Our longer endurance class allows you to do longer intervals at the right intensity. This class is perfect if you are training towards a specific goal such as a race or longer event.
Introduction Class
Your first point of entry into PowerWatts and completely free. Learn all about PowerWatts, our system and our coaching style.
Community Ride
Practicing what we preach, in the summer months we take what we learn in the studio to the road. From October community rides are indoors with a coffee and catch-up session to finish up.
