Vicky Tzedaki
PowerWatts Coach

I love helping people ease into a healthy and active lifestyle with a “Make it fun” attitude. Having worked in fitness for almost a decade, I know that there is never a bad day when training. Every effort is possible with a smile on your face!

Teaching cycling is more than a job for me, it's a great way to interact with people and have fun while working out. You will always leave the class feeling great after my workouts!

PowerWatts Coach

My passion is cycling touring and exploring the world on two wheels and experiencing the best views, having cycled over 15 countries in Europe, USA and Australia.

I’ve been teaching spin and cycling for 15 years and want to share my passion, experience and love of bikes with everyone I meet to ensure they get enjoyment, best training and knowledge of cycling.

Feeling fit and confident with cycling, opens up a door of adventure of exploring the world in the best way possible. Which is my aim to encourage.

Kieran Green
PowerWatts Coach

My background is in Triathlon, competing for five years to eventually qualify for national and European championships, so I understand the importance of discipline to achieve physical goals.

Training and competing in swimming, cycling and running events require a structured approach but must be enjoyable to be sustainable over the season (on or off).

Turbo training was always a big part of my training on the bike because it’s fun and gives the legs a boost on the road.

Coaching gives me an opportunity to share my passion and expertise for cardiovascular sports.
